Hydrant Flow test

Flow Test results will be delivered via email within three (3) business days of the test. Incomplete or illegible forms will not be accepted. Each request form may be accompanied by an exhibit illustrating which hydrants are to be tested (static & residual) and a check for $250.00 payable to “Wilkinsburg-Penn Joint Water Authority” mailed to or dropped off at 2200 Robinson Blvd. Pgh. PA 15221 attention: “Flow Test”. Hydrants only located within Public Right of Way or dedicated Public Easement will be tested.
